These terms explain the agreement between you and NestScore when you create an account, run photo assessments, or subscribe to a paid plan. Please read them before you subscribe. By using NestScore you accept them, and if you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
You need a valid email address to use NestScore. We send a six-digit code to that address, and you must enter it to confirm the account before you can run assessments or subscribe. The code expires after ten minutes and can be re-sent if it does not arrive.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read that inbox can request a code and reach your NestScore account. Keep your information accurate, and tell us right away at donnyfyai@nestscore.dev if you think someone else has gained access.
Accounts are for individual people or a single business, and you should not create accounts to get around scan limits or free assessments. We may ask you to confirm that you are the owner of an email address before restoring access to an account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are processed by PayPal. NestScore does not store your card number or your PayPal password. Current plans are Starter at $9.99 per month for 25 assessments, Pro at $19.99 per month for 50 assessments, and Expert at $29.99 per month for 100 assessments.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel it. Because PayPal handles the payment, changes to your payment method are made in your PayPal account rather than in NestScore. If a payment fails, we may pause the paid features until it succeeds, and your free allowance will not be affected.
Prices may change, but we will tell you by email before a change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you prefer. Currency, taxes and any PayPal fees are shown by PayPal at checkout before you confirm the payment.
Each plan includes a monthly number of photo assessments, and the counter resets at the start of each billing month. Every free account includes three assessments. Unused assessments do not carry over to the next month, and they have no cash value.
We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the service available to everyone, such as rate limits on requests or a maximum photo size. Attempting to script, automate or mass-generate assessments is not permitted, and we may suspend an account that does so until we hear from you.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to it, images that are unlawful, and images that do not show a building condition. You must not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to NestScore or to other people's accounts.
You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the results. NestScore is not a channel for sending unsolicited commercial messages, and you may not resell, rebrand or repackage the assessment output as your own professional service.
NestScore and its software, design, text and branding belong to us or our licensors, and these terms do not transfer any of it to you. You may use the service, reports and estimates for your own home, your clients or your brokerage, but you may not copy the software or use our name and logo in a way that suggests a partnership we have not agreed to.
Your photos and the information you enter stay yours. You give us the limited permission we need to store and process them in order to produce your assessment and to operate your account, and that permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies we must keep by law.
You can cancel at any time from your account or from PayPal, and the cancellation stops the next renewal rather than the current period. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.
Because assessments are delivered immediately and consume processing resources, monthly payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged by mistake, if a payment was duplicated, or if the service did not work for you, contact donnyfyai@nestscore.dev within thirty days and we will look at your request in good faith.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or that puts the service or other users at risk. When we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
We may add, change or retire features, and we may update these terms. When a change is significant we will email account holders and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use NestScore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The service is provided on an as-available basis, and the disclaimer that follows forms part of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
